Dustin Grinnell grew up in a small town in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. His articles and essays have appeared in such publications as Outside Online, New Scientist, Vice, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Writer’s Digest, Salon, Narratively (#2), YourTango, The Good Men Project, Verge Magazine, Travelmag, The Expeditioner (#2), Living Now Magazine, and Paradigm Magazine. As a fiction writer, he has self-published two sci-fi/adventure novels – The Genius Dilemma and Without Limits – and written two screenplays. He has a Master’s from Pennsylvania State University in Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Psychobiology from Wheaton College (MA). He currently works as a freelance writer based in Southern California.
